CLASS DESCRIPTION:

 

TAP

An infusion of Hoofing from the day’s of Honi Coles, Brenda Buffalino and Gregory Hines…Precision of Mercedes Ellington…Athletes’ Gene Kelly and Fred Astaire….Randy brings style, rhythm’s and technique to tap. Learn how the beat’s in tap cross over to your other dance styles, feeling the movement and rhythms from within.

 

JAZZ

Ballet and modern infused, this class give you the structure to form a strong technique, hip hop to Broadway to Contemporary Jazz. With Jack Cole, Bob Fosse and Luigi as a base, class structure begin with a thorough warm-up, then leads the class in a series of stretching exercises and isolation movements. Isolations involve moving one part of the body while the rest of the body remains still. Jazz dancers also practice the art of suspension. Suspension involves moving through positions instead of stopping and balancing in them.

 

CONDITIONING CLASS

A workout designed to tone, trim, and transform the body with a fusion of ballet, Pilates, and resistance training. By blending dynamic movement with calorie-blasting cardio, targeting those trouble zones such as the hips, thighs, glutes, and core; delivering one powerful workout with amazing results. Use of Lightweights and a small ball for maximum results.

 

POWER MOVEMENT

Jazz-style dance moves are choreographed into low- and mixed-impact routines. Get the stress of the day off your mind and bust it out in this class…bring water, we’re gonna dance it out!
